Poverty Due to Inefficient Leadership
Over the years Nigeria, a once prosperous country, has been under the
oppression of deep poverty and corrupt leadership. Historically,
Nigerian government leaders have struggled to structure a system where
power is equally distributed and as a result to election tampering and
corruption within the government, less funded population within
Nigeria are poorly represented and issues like poverty, mismanagement
of funds, and polution are overlooked. An article from

reliance on their oil industry is to blame, but many aspects play into

Due to Covid-19 traveling oppertunities to Nigeria are limited as the
Global Health Advisory strongly discourages travel to NIgeria at this
time.
Donate for Water
As most of the countrey lives in povery, many Nigerians don't have
access to clean water uncontaminated by feces, oil (due to frequent
oil spills), or harmful bacteria, like e.coli.

water for families in Nigeria. Other ways to get involved include
partnerships with the organization for hosting events, fundraising,
through WaterAid Voices, an Alexa Skill audio exerpience, or sign up

Donate moeny to provid water, face masks, protection gear,
sanatization, medicine and help to build water pumps and teach
hygiene practices to a family in Nigeria and help fight Covid-19.
Clothing Drive
Many children and adults living in Nigeria own oa couple oufits at a
time and wear them on roatation until they are reduced to rags and
oftentimes these outfits don't include shoes. Provide releif by

Provide A Safe Place For A Child
Being homeless is unsafe and fruitless. Women and children can be
robbed and or raped living in the streets. Many children don't have a
safe place to live and are unable afford school supplies or uniformes
to attend school and work their entire lives without learning to read
or do intermediate math.

Street Child

Street child uses donated funds to provide safe spaces for Nigerian children and works to keep children in school by teaching families more vocational trades to increase their sources of income. They also work to reunite families that have been separated by violence and natural disasters.
